Tap the game's answer field first
The answer field belongs to the embedded game, not the outer navigation. Tap that field before typing. The publisher documents submission with the arrow button or the keyboard's Enter/Go key. A rejected answer can be retried while the round's timer still runs.
If the keyboard or its suggestions obscure controls, try dismissing and reopening it between rounds. Orientation changes can also be tried at a stopping point. These are troubleshooting options, not a guarantee of identical behavior across keyboards or devices.
Treat fullscreen as optional
Use the outer Fullscreen control to request a larger player view. Browser support and permission determine whether that request succeeds. If the portal reports that fullscreen is unavailable, you can keep playing in the normal window; that message does not mean the answer service has failed.
Use the same control to leave fullscreen when available. On desktop, the browser may also offer Escape. Do not rely on fullscreen as a fix for connectivity or as a requirement for a valid score.
Separate slow loading from an interrupted round
Give the opening game time to load before using Reload game. The portal's slow-opening notice offers recovery actions, but it cannot see the game's internal status or determine whether its server has accepted a result.
- Check whether the game responds before reopening it.
- Use Game options to find recovery controls.
- If needed, open the original in a separate tab to compare whether it loads there.
- Reload only when you are prepared to reopen the embedded session.
Protect progress while troubleshooting
The publisher says Daily progress, streaks and settings are stored in the browser when storage is available. Its personal history uses local browser storage too; it is not a cloud-synced history.
A private window, a different browser, another device or cleared site data may not show the same records. Browsers can also separate storage used by embedded content. Opening the original is therefore a loading comparison, not a promised transfer of your current progress. Avoid deleting site data unless you accept the possible loss of local records.
Check carefully before switching or reloading
Changing the outer stage selector and choosing Reload game both reopen the game window. If the portal asks for confirmation and you want to finish the current round, choose Keep playing. The confirmation is a guard against interruption; it does not inspect your answers or saved progress.
Unlimited has different persistence expectations from the Daily. The official rules say an Unlimited run cannot be picked up later, so finish a practice session before experimenting with reloads.
Know the limits of this checklist
The original advertises phone-browser play. That is the publisher's support statement, not proof that every physical iPhone, Android phone, browser extension or keyboard combination has been tested here.
When reporting a problem, note the browser, device, selected stage, session type and visible error. Distinguish a portal control problem from a message inside the original game. Never include passwords or assume that a screenshot proves a save exists. Original rules and browser capabilities can change.
